Reels, recipe videos, and creator tips.

1. Open the recipe video in TikTok.
2. Tap Share (the arrow), then Copy link, or Share then Reci AI.
3. In Reci AI, tap + Save, then Paste a Link, and paste.
4. We pull the caption, on-screen text, and spoken steps into a recipe.
