A link won’t import.
Make sure the link is public, then use Copy link and paste it into Reci AI. If it still fails, paste the recipe text via “Type or paste recipe text,” or email us the link.

Scanning comes out wrong.
Use good lighting, hold steady, and fill the frame with the text or dish. You can re-scan or edit the result before saving.
The app is slow or crashed.
Update to the latest version and restart the app. If it persists, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
I’m not getting notifications.
Enable notifications for Reci AI in the iOS Settings app under Notifications.
